Parenting (Custody and Access)
Nothing matters more to you than the well-being of your children. The way that decisions are made for them and the schedule of their time with each parent after separation used to be called “custody and access” and is now called “parenting”. We’ll guide you through the considerations that go into making a parenting plan that works for your family. We have experience working with parents of higher needs children and dealing with cases where there are allegations of parental wrongdoing or where outside investigators such as a children’s lawyer or parenting assessor are needed.
